BUYING ON TUTULIST

Drops of new products occurs every couple of weeks.  Be sure to follow our Instagram and sign up for our news letter to get notified and be the first to get access to new product.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, it takes 1-2 days to ship.  Once it is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.  If you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.  

We accept PayPal and most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB. 

Our TutuList warehouse team works very fast to fulfill each order. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. 

TutuList has high acceptance standards as well as a commitment to transparency.  We want to make sure you know exactly what you are getting before you buy! Be sure to check out our Condition Chart to learn what each condition means.  Additionally, check out the "Notes" section on each product for any additional information about the condition of the item.  

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returns must still have tags attached.  Learn more about our Return Policy here. 

SELLING ON TUTULIST

TutuList items should be freshly laundered, looking and smelling clean. Dancewear  should be new or like-new, without stains, rips, holes or missing buttons, hooks, clasps or broken straps.

We accept a wide range of costume and dancewear brands and are always expanding our listings to include high-quality items. Some of our favorite brands are Yumiko, Jo+Jax, Kandi Kouture, Eleve, Mariia, California Kisses, Wear Moi, Capezio, Mirella, BodyWrappers and Baltogs. Don't see the brands that you have included on our list? Shoot us a quick email and we'll let you know if we accept what you have. 

Items in good condition but do not meet our brand standards will be donated to charities that offer dance to underprivileged children. Items in fair to poor condition will be upcycled. If you would like those items sent back to you instead, fill out this form and pay the return shipping and they will be on their way.

You will be notified via email once we receive and accept your item(s). As soon as our processing is complete, we will send you an email to let you know what we will purchase and what we are not able to take in.  You will have 5 business days to let us know if you would like the items shipped back, otherwise, we will donate.

You will be notified via email once we have received and approved your item(s). If any of your items did not meet our acceptance standards, you can choose to let us donate them to dancers in need or have them sent back to you.
